Services are performed as described on our website; any special requests should be communicated in advance. You are responsible for securing valuables and notifying us of pets, hazards, or restricted areas. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Limitations of Liability and Satisfaction Guarantee
Our team takes great care, but Annie's Cleaners is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from service unless proven negligent. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours; we will strive to correct issues promptly or offer a fair resolution. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.
Changes, Cancellations, and Policy Updates
You may reschedule or cancel bookings according to our cancellation policy — typically 24 hours notice required. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions, and changes will be posted here. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
